Harrington Library Open Again After Renovation

Renovations include an expanded children's area, dedicated teen space, study and meeting rooms, and new program room.

Renovations were completed January 2023 after being approved in a 2017 bond referendum.

Harrington Library to celebrate newly renovated space this weekend - Plano Magazine

Harrington Library is hosting a celebration on Sunday, April 2 from 1-3 p.m. to celebrate the completion of major renovations to the library.

Harrington closed on October 30 to complete the $5 million renovation, which included renovating the children’s area, creating dedicated spaces for a Children’s Program Room and a Teen Space, creating new study rooms, creating extra meeting rooms, installing a new roof and installing a new HVAC system. Operations and storytimes resumed in February.
