 Hi, I'm Melissa Perez Shadowens, and I'm passionate about leadership. With more than 18 years of experience, I specialize in public library management and administration. My journey began in college when I first worked as a library page for a small suburban public library. Since then, I've been determined to grow and develop my leadership skills in the field of librarianship and I have never stopped learning. I thrive on change, and welcome the opportunity to innovate or take teams to the next level of success.
